6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping options including standard and express delivery within Nigeria. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

International shipping may be available for certain products and destinations. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jumexstores.com.
